The PCT300 EDGE Node is a high-performance, wirelessly powered RFID sensor tag designed for continuous environmental monitoring and asset tracking.Powered by Powercast’s Powerharvester® chipset, the PCT300 operates without a battery, harvesting RF energy from RFID readers to enable long-range, full-function sensing and communication. This allows the tag to capture temperature and humidity data and transmit it using standard UHF RFID infrastructure.By eliminating batteries, the PCT300 enables a completely maintenance-free solution for critical monitoring systems. Deployed within an RF-powered environment, it functions as a persistent data endpoint, delivering reliable, real-time insights without service interruptions. Powercast’s Tag Application Software (v2.6) is available for monitoring devices and evaluating collected data.
